INGREDIENTS

Semi-skimmed milk - 235 ml
Apple - 107 g
Rolled oats - 85 g
Whey protein isolate - 73 g
Walnuts - 9.5 walnuts
Maple syrup - 3 tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix protein powder, oats and milk in a pan. Heat and simmer for 3 minutes then add sliced apple to soften for a further 5 minutes
  2. Serve with chopped walnut and a drizzle of maple syrup
