INGREDIENTS

Soya milk, unsweetened - 110 ml
Avocado - 55 g
Whey protein isolate - 30 g
Apple - 23 g
Baby spinach - 23 g
Frozen cherries - 2 cherries
Chia seeds - 1.5 tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop or grate apple then blend all ingredients together
  2. Note: you can replace the cherries with another 10g of apple if you prefer
