Baked steak parcel with sweet potato, broccoli and avocado

INGREDIENTS

Sweet potato - 405 g
Beef steak - 331 g
Broccoli - 171 g
Avocado - 85 g
Olive oil - 1.5 tsp
Rosemary - 1 tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Lay steak on a sheet of foil, add rosemary, sweet potato cut into matchsticks and broccoli cut into florets. Drizzle over olive oil and wrap up packet.
  3. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and serve with sliced avocado
