Bananas - 160g Whey protein powder - 100g Oats steel cut - 90g Eggs chicken white - 2 medium Honey - 2tbsp Chocolate chips plain - 3tsp Salt - 1tsp
Preheat the oven to 160°C/325°F/ Gas Mark 3. Line a baking tray with parchment or wax paper.
Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl, stir in the oats, whey and choc chips, mix the egg whites and honey separately, then mix everything together. Transfer the mixture to the baking tray and bake in the oven for 12-15 mins or until golden.
