Banana pancakes

INGREDIENTS

Yogurt greek plain 0% fat - 135g
Banana - 120g
Mixed berries frozen - 2.5tbsp
Eggs chicken whole - 50g
Eggs chicken white - 1 small
Honey - 1tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mash the banana, whisk the egg and egg white and mix together (add a pinch of baking powder to make fluffier pancakes).
  2. Spoon about a tablespoon of the mix at a time into a pan, keeping them small to make flipping easier.
  3. Serve with greek yoghurt, honey and mixed berries.
