Banana & Peanut Butter Pancakes

Banana - 180g
Peanut Butter - 2 tsp
Creme fraiche half fat - 43
Eggs - 4 medium
Flour wheat white self raising - 68g
Milk semi-skimmed - 171 ml
Vanilla Whey - 64g
Combine all ingredients and blend together in a blender. Save half the banana to top the pancake before grilling.
Pour the mixture into a frying pan and cook slowly over a low heat.
Once the bottom is set transfer to the grill, and cook for 5 minutes until the pancake is cooked through and golden brown. Top with remaining banana & peanut butter
