INGREDIENTS

Almond milk, unsweetened - 110 ml
Whey protein isolate - 35 g
Blackberries - 23 g
Raspberries - 17 g
Macadamia nuts (unsalted) - 6 nuts




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  2. Note: if you do not have a high power blender, the macadamia nuts can be left to soak in the almond milk in a sealed container overnight to soften
