INGREDIENTS

Natural yougurt - 1tbsp
Oat flakes rolled - 45g
Apple - 38g
Almond milk unsweetened - 30g
Whey protein powder - 19g
Cinnamon ground - 0.5tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grate the apple into a bowl and add the oats, whey and the cinnamon. Toss together well. Stir in the natural yoghurt and almond milk, cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
