Breakfast turkey & egg bean Salad

Chick Peas - 203g
Eggs - 4 small
Garlic Puree - 2.5 tsp
Olive Oil - 2.5 tsp
Spinach - 85g
Turkey Rashers - 107g


  1. Chop the turkey rasher into small pieces
  2. Warm the oil in 2 large frying pans
  3. Add the garlic puree and turkey pieces to one pan
  4. Once the turkey is browned, add the chick peas and warm through
  5. Add the spinach at the end to wilt and season to taste
  6. In the other pan fry the eggs
  7. Serve the bean, turkey and spinach mix and top with the runny fried eggs
  8. Perfect! Add chilli if you wish for a kick
