INGREDIENTS

Medjool dates - 53g
Whey protein isolate powder - 27g
Carrot - 23g
Coconut oil - 1tbsp
Ground cinnamon - 0.5tbsp
Ground cloves - 1/4tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend dates with protein powder. Mix in melted coconut oil, cinnamon and cloves
  2. Stir in grated carrot, then add water a few drops at a time until it forms a sticky thick consistency
  3. Roll into balls and refridgerate for at least 30 minutes before eating
