Cashew butter and cranberry porridge

INGREDIENTS

Semi-skimmed milk - 235 ml
Quick cook oats - 85 g
Whey protein isolate - 68 g
Cashew nut butter - 60 g
Dried cranberries - 43 g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Macerate cranberries: heat a pan of water, add cranberries, and simmer for 3 minutes
  2. Mix milk, oats and protein powder, heat in microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through
  3. Stir in cashew butter and softened cranberries
