INGREDIENTS

Oat flakes rolled - 34g
Whey protein isolate powder - 23g
Cherries dried - 14g
Honey - 1tsp
Oil coconut - 1tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Blend half the oats to a fine powder, mix in remaining oats and protein powder
  3. Heat honey and coconut oil in a pan, add to powder with cherries and mix
  4. Press mixture into a baking sheet on a baking tray, bake for 15 minutes until browned
  5. Remove from oven, cool, cut into pieces and enjoy
