INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower - 109g
Chicken breast chopped - 299g
Mixed curry spices - 3 tsp
Oil olive - 4 tsp
Onions - 96g
Red Pepper - 68g
Potatoes - 384g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop the potatoes, microwave for 5 - 8 mins until soft
  2. Take a large piece of foil and add all the chopped ingredients, oil and spices
  3. Bake for 20 mins or until cooked through and enjoy!
