INGREDIENTS

Chicken breast - 309g
Cherry tomatoes - 299g
Mixed Salad Leaves - 181g
Orzo/Risoni white dried - 96g
Oil olive - 6tsp
Mustard smooth - 2.5tsp
Balsamic Vinegar - 2tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook the Orzo/Risoni according to instructions on packet. When cooked, drain and rinse with cold water
  2. Grill the chicken, cut into strips
  3. Mix the salad and dressing
  4. Combine ingredients and enjoy
