Naan bread - 160g
Red Cabbage - 128g
Chicken Breast - 288g
Cucumber - 30g
Tikka Dry Spice - 4 tsp
Fresh Mint - to taste
Olive OIl - 2 tsp
Onion - 64g
Yogurt Greek style plain - 2.5 tbsp
Lettuce - Large handful


  1. Chop the cabbage, onion and lettuce into fine strips and mix and put on your plate
  2. Mix the yoghurt, with the chopped cucumber and mint and put to one side
  3. Warm the oil in a frying pan and add the spice and warm through (don't burn) add the chicken (chopped) and cook until cooked through around 10 - 12 mins.
  4. Put the naan bread on the plate, add the chicken and cover in the yoghurt dressing.
