Garlic puree - 2tsp
Red Pepper - 43g
Prawns - 309g
Spinach - Large Handful
Canned Tomatos - 171g
Olive Oil - 4.5tsp
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat a pan with the oil
Add the garlic, then the prawns and peppers
Add the tinned tomatoes, one hot add the cheese
Serve with the spinach and sliced bread stick, enjoy
