French Bread - 139g
Parmesan - 64g
Garlic puree - 2tsp
Red Pepper - 43g
Prawns - 309g
Spinach - Large Handful
Canned Tomatos - 171g
Olive Oil - 4.5tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat a pan with the oil
  2. Add the garlic, then the prawns and peppers
  3. Add the tinned tomatoes, one hot add the cheese
  4. Serve with the spinach and sliced bread stick, enjoy
