INGREDIENTS

Oat milk, unsweetened - 320 ml
Brown rice protein isolate - 75 g
Oat bran - 64 g
Blueberries - 45 g
Peanut butter - 2 tbsp
Apple sauce - 2 tbsp
Chia seeds - 2 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 2 tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a pan, gently heat oat bran, oat milk and chia seeds, for about 5 minutes
  2. Add protein powder, peanut butter, apple sauce and cocoa powder and heat for a further 5 minutes
  3. Serve with blueberries
  4. Tip: this can be prepared the night before or soaked in the fridge overnight in an airtight container
