INGREDIENTS

Whey protein powder - 28g
Psyllium husks - 27g
Coconut desiccated - 24g
Egg white - 1 small
Raisins - 8g
Chia seeds - 1tsp
Cinnamon ground - 0.5tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Blend desiccated coconut and psyllium husks to a fine powder, mix in protein powder and chia
  3. Form into a pancake and place on a sheet of baking paper in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes, until cooked through
  4. Cut into strips and enjoy
