Whey protein isolate powder - 27g
Cashew nuts - 9 nuts
Almond flour - 2tbsp
Maple syrup - 1tsp
Lemon - 1tbsp
Desiccated coconut - 1.5tsp


  1. Blend cashew nuts with protein powder, almonds and zest of half the lemon to a fine powder
  2. Add maple syrup then add juice of the lemon a little at a time until the mixture is thick and doughy
  3. Roll into balls, roll in desiccated coconut and enjoy
