INGREDIENTS

Whey protein isolate powder - 27g
Cocoa powder - 1.5 tbsp
Coconut oil - 1tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Almond flour - 4tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Melt coconut oil and mix with protein powder, cocoa, honey and almond
  2. Add water a few drops at a time the mix becomes sticky but not at all runny
  3. Cool in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, and enjoy
