INGREDIENTS

Almond flour - 26g
Whey protein isolate powder - 26g
Coffee espresso shot brewed - 23ml
Marmalade - 1tsp
Chia seed - 1.5tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place chia seeds in espresso and leave in a fridge for at least an hour, for seeds to absorb moisture
  2. Mix in almond flour, whey powder and marmalade and roll into balls
  3. Chill in a fridge or eat right away
