INGREDIENTS

Mixed berries frozen - 56g
Oat flakes rolled - 49g
Whey protein powder - 23g
Yogurt greek plain 0% fat - 23g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Gently toast the oats in a shallow layer in a baking tray for 15-20 minutes at 350F or until lightly browned, stir occasionally.
  2. Defrost berries and mix ingredients together.
