Crispy coconut chicken

Chicken breast - 75g
Eggs chicken whole - 1 small
Chilli sauce - 1tsp
Almond flour - 2.5tsp
Coconut flakes - 1.5tbsp
Flax seed - 1.5tsp
Garlic powder - 0.5tsp
Mix together coconut, flour, salt, pepper, flax seed and garlic powder.
Dip chicken strips into egg, then coat with coconut mixture.
Bake in the oven at 200°C/ 390°F for 25 minutes.
Serve with chilli dipping sauce.
