INGREDIENTS

Chicken breast - 75g
Eggs chicken whole - 1 small
Chilli sauce - 1tsp
Almond flour - 2.5tsp
Coconut flakes - 1.5tbsp
Flax seed - 1.5tsp
Garlic powder - 0.5tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix together coconut, flour, salt, pepper, flax seed and garlic powder.
  2. Dip chicken strips into egg, then coat with coconut mixture.
  3. Bake in the oven at 200°C/ 390°F for 25 minutes.
  4. Serve with chilli dipping sauce.
