Crispy Lemon Chicken Wrap

Chicken breast - 288 g
Mixed salad - 213 g
Red pepper - 171 g
Wholemeal tortilla - 149 g
Avocado - 107 g
Fresh lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Mixed herbs - 2 tsp


  1. Heat a pan and add chicken in strips. Fry on a medium heat until cooked through, then turn up the heat to crisp the outer slightly.
  2. Meanwhile, slice red pepper and avocado
  3. Warm tortilla in oven or microwave, fill with avocado, pepper, chicken and salad. Drizzle over lemon juice and sprinkle over mixed herbs
  4. Roll up tortilla and enjoy
