Egg, turkey, avocado and chestnut salad

INGREDIENTS

Egg - 2 small
Turkey steak - 68 g
Avocado - 38 g
Chestnut kernels - 23 g
Rocket leaves - 60 g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring a pot of water to the boil, add egg and boil for 5 minutes, then drain and pour over cold water to cool
  2. Heat a pan and add finely sliced turkey, stir frequently for 10 minutes to cook through
  3. Slice chestnuts, avocado and boiled egg, mix in with rocket, and top with cooked turkey
