Eggs - 5 large
Chicken Breast - 139g
Oat flakes rolled - 130g
Spinach - 64g
Cinnamon ground - 2tsp
Pepper black - pinch
Salt - pinch


  1. Whisk and season eggs with pepper and salt
  2. Heat non-stick pan and make super-thin egg pancake. Leave on kitchen paper to cool
  3. Add chicken breast to pan and dry fry for 5 minutes, then add spinach, cover and cook until wilted and chicken is cooked
  4. Put chicken and spinach in pancake, wrap and add coriander
  5. Cook oats in water and cinnamon
  6. Enjoy side by side (best not to mix them)
