INGREDIENTS
Eggs chicken whole - 2 small
Eggs chicken white - 2 small
Onion red - 45g
Tomatoes cherry - 45g
Bell pepper - 38g
Ham - 30g
Spinach - 30g
Cheddar cheese - 19g
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 200°C/ 390°F. Lightly grease 6 muffin cups, or line with paper muffin liners.
Wash and dice the pepper, onions and tomatoes and put them in a large mixing bowl.
Add the eggs, ham, cheese and salt and mix well, spoon mixture into muffin tray.
Bake until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.
All 6 makes up your snack, but feel free to split them and eat during the day if you like!
