INGREDIENTS
Whey protein isolate powder - 26g
Almond flour - 19g
Flax seed - 14g
Honey - 1tsp
Ginger ground - 1tsp
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180C
Finely grind almond flour and flax seed in a blender
Warm honey in a pan and add to mix with ginger spice
Place some baking paper on a baking tray and press mixture into the corner, bake for 15 minutes
Remove, allow to cool, cut into pieces and enjoy
