INGREDIENTS

Whey protein isolate powder - 26g
Almond flour - 19g
Flax seed - 14g
Honey - 1tsp
Ginger ground - 1tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Finely grind almond flour and flax seed in a blender
  3. Warm honey in a pan and add to mix with ginger spice
  4. Place some baking paper on a baking tray and press mixture into the corner, bake for 15 minutes
  5. Remove, allow to cool, cut into pieces and enjoy
