Banana - 60g
Cinnamon ground - 1tsp
Coconut milk canned - 1 tbsp
Gingerbread - 15g
Nutmeg ground - 1tsp
Oat flakes rolled - 19g
Vanilla Whey - 26g
Water - Add slowly




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender, mix. Add water if needed
  2. Enjoy
