INGREDIENTS
Prawns - 146g
Sweet potato - 86g
Sweet chilli sauce - 1.5tbsp
Yogurt greek plain - 1.5tbsp
Coriander - 3g
Mint fresh - 3g
Garlic raw - 2g
Cumin seeds - 2g
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds. Cook until lightly cracked and fragrant.
Add crushed garlic and sweet potato cubes and cover. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occassionally
Add drained prawns and cook covered for a further 5 minutes
Finely chop coriander and mint. Mix in to yoghurt
Serve prawns and sweet potato with yoghurt mix and sweet chilli sauce on the side
