INGREDIENTS

Cannellini beans canned - 427g
Capers - 2 tbsp
Cod - 277g
Edamame beans - 64g
Garlic puree - 2 tsp
Oil olive - 4 tsp
Parsley fresh - small bunch
Peas - 213g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Take the parsley, garlic and capers and chop finely or blend in a blender
  2. Mix the cannellini beans, peas and edamame beans
  3. Take a large square of tin foil, place the beans in a pile in the middle
  4. Place the cod on top and cover with the herb mix, and drizzle with the oil
  5. Wrap into a parcel and oven cook for 18 - 22 mins (180 degrees)
  6. Enjoy!
