Lean Meatballs in tomato sauce with roast peppers, chilli and green beans

INGREDIENTS

Cooked lean beef, rolled - 256g
Red peppers - 107g
Tinned tomatoes - 640g
Green beans - 125g
Green chilli - to taste
Garlic cloves - 2
Pasta cooked - 192g
Rapeseed oil - 3tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil the pasta as per pack instructions.
  2. Fry the peppers in the oil for 5 minute, followed by the chopped chilli, garlic and meatballs. Fry for a further 5 minutes over a low heat.
  3. Add the tinned tomatoes and green beans, and cook for 20-25 minutes.
