INGREDIENTS

Soya milk, unsweetened - 105 ml
Avocado - 60 g
Whey protein isolate - 30 g
Lime juice - 1 tbsp
Fresh mint - 1 handful
Chia seeds - 1.5 tsp
Stevia/truvia (optional) - 1 tbsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients together and serve. If using stevia, add a little at a time until you reach desired sweetness.
