INGREDIENTS

Broccoli - 107g
Chicken Breast - 320g
Creme fraiche full fat - 77g
Curry paste - 3 tsp
Red Pepper - 85g
Potato - 320g
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Onion - 85g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large pan, add the oil and brown off the chopped chicken breast.
  2. Add the veg and cook for a further 5 mins, add the curry paste
  3. Turn down the heat and add the creme fresh and warm through
  4. Enjoy
