Pan fried hake with rice, broccoli and avocado

Hake fillets - 395 g
Avacado - 160 g
Broccoli - 171g
Rice basmati - 102 g
Vegetable oil - 1.5 tsp
Lemon juice - 1,5 tbsp


  1. Rinse rice and place in pan with twice the weight of water, cook covered without stirring
  2. Heat oil in pan, add hake fillet and fry for 5 minutes on both sides to book through. Chop broccoli into small florets and add to pan for the last 5 minutes to cook.
  3. Serve rice and with broccoli, hake, sliced avocado, and drizzled with lemon juice.
