INGREDIENTS

Almond milk, unsweetened - 98 ml
Skyr, natural - 26 g
Peanut butter - 26 g
Whey protein isolate - 23 g
Blackberries - 15 g
Raspberries - 15 g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients and serve
  2. Note: skyr can be substituted for any low sugar, fat free yoghurt. Also, you can double up your favourite berry and remove the other if you like, or replace with frozen mixed berries
