Peanut butter, banana and cinnamon porridge

INGREDIENTS

Almond milk, unsweetened - 235 ml
Banana - 107 g
Quick cook oats - 85 g
Whey protein isolate - 75 g
Peanut butter - 51 g
Cinnamon - 2 tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix almond milk, oats and whey. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway.
  2. Stir in cinnamon, peanut butter and sliced banana and serve
