Peanut butter, banana and cinnamon porridge, with boiled egg

INGREDIENTS

Almond milk, unsweetened - 192 ml
Banana - 117 g
Quick cook oats - 85 g
Whey protein isolate - 60 g
Peanut butter - 32 g
Cinnamon - 2 tsp
Egg - 2 large




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil, add egg and boil for 6 minutes, drain and rinse to cool
  2. Meanwhile, mix almond milk, oats and whey. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway.
  3. Stir in cinnamon, peanut butter and sliced banana and serve
