Pork and apple stir fry, with carrot noodles

INGREDIENTS

Pork fillet, lean - 299g
Apple - 91g
Carrots, spiralised - 154g
Chinese cabbage - 107 g
Soy sauce - 4.5 tbsp
Spring onions - 43 g
Garlic puree - 2 tsp
Sesame seeds - 2.5 tsp
Sesame oil - 3 tsp
Fresh ginger - 11 g
Dried egg noodles - 84g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan, add garlic puree, crushed ginger, sesame seeds and spring onions, fry for 1-2 minutes then add sliced pork fillet and sliced apple
  2. Boil the noodles as per instructions
  3. Fry pork and apple for 5-8 minutes until pork is cooked through
  4. Add sliced cabbage, spiralised carrot noodles and soy sauce, fry for a further 3-5 minutes until cabbage is slightly wilted and noodles have softened
