INGREDIENTS

Prawns (cooked) - 190 g
Lettuce - 75 g
Mayonnaise (reduced fat) - 4 tbsp
Fresh lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce - 0.5 tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix mayo, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and half the lemon juice
  2. Stir in prawns and serve on whole lettuce leaves, drizzle remaining lemon juice over and enjoy
