INGREDIENTS
Prawns (cooked) - 190 g
Lettuce - 75 g
Mayonnaise (reduced fat) - 4 tbsp
Fresh lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce - 0.5 tsp
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Mix mayo, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and half the lemon juice
Stir in prawns and serve on whole lettuce leaves, drizzle remaining lemon juice over and enjoy
