INGREDIENTS

Mixed berries - 45g
Yogurt greek plain 0% fat - 45g
Eggs chicken whole - 1 small
Almond milk unsweetened - 34ml
Almond flour - 19g
Whey protein powder - 19g
Flax seed - 1tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix almond flour, flax seed powder, whey powder, egg and milk in a mixing bowl. Whisk to the correct consistency.
  2. Spoon into hot non-stick frying pan and fry until base is cooked, flip.
  3. Serve with berries and greek yoghurt.
