Quick Steak & Spinach with Sliced sweet potatoes

INGREDIENTS
Fillet steak - 284g
Baby leaf spinach - 171g
Sweet potato - 309g
Rapeseed oil - 3tsp
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Microwave the butternut squash/sweet potato for 4-5 minutes and then bake in the oil in the oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
Steam the spinach for 2 minutes (optional).
Grill the steak as you like it.
