INGREDIENTS

Asparagus - 105g
Deli sliced beef - 87g
Full fat soft white cheese - 29g
Horseradish - 0.5tsp
Red pepper - 113g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Steam the asparagus for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Chop/mince the pepper and stir into the cream cheese along with the horseradish.
  3. Layer the cream cheese mixture inside the pre-cooked roast beef slices and then wrap around the asparagus.
