Rye toast with peanut butter, banana and whey shake

Peanut butter - 53g
Vanilla or peanut butter whey protein powder - 96g
Unsweetened almond milk - 107ml
Rye Bread - 113g
Banana - 107g


  1. Toast the rye bread, and then spread the peanut butter over the top.
  2. Blend the rest of the ingredients together to make the shake. Add water as required.
