Peanut butter - 53g
Vanilla or peanut butter whey protein powder - 96g
Unsweetened almond milk - 107ml
Rye Bread - 113g
Banana - 107g
Toast the rye bread, and then spread the peanut butter over the top.
Blend the rest of the ingredients together to make the shake. Add water as required.
