INGREDIENTS

Egg - 2 large
Smoked Salmon - 192g
Rye bread - 203g
Egg White - 4 large
Light olive oil sprays - 4 sprays




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, whisk egg and egg whites together and scramble over a low heat until done.
  2. Toast the rye bread (optional).
  3. Serve together with the smoked salmon.
