Seared Tuna with rice and sesame seeds

INGREDIENTS

Tuna steak - 294g
Rapeseed oil - 3tsp
Sesame seeds - 4.5tsp
Rice - 245g
Wasabi paste - 3tsp
Plain, unsalted peanuts - 17g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook the rice as per pack instructions.
  2. Sear the tuna for 1-2 minutes on each side or to desired doneness in the oil. Coat in the sesame seeds once cooked.
  3. Crush the peanuts and stir into the soba noodles with the wasabi paste.
