INGREDIENTS

Rye Bread - 213g
Eggs - 4 large
Smoked Salmon - 171g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put the rye bread on to toast
  2. Warm a non stick pan, mix the eggs and add to pan
  3. Stir slowly until cooked how you like
  4. Place on toast and add the scrambled egg
  5. Quick, easy and delicious!
