INGREDIENTS

Smoked salmon - 84 g
Baby beetroot (raw) - 75 g
Rocket leaves - 60 g
Feta cheese - 40 g
Fresh lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Olive oil - 0.5 tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Finely peel baby beetroot and mix with smoked salmon, rocket and cubed feta
  2. Dress with lemon juice and olive oil, and serve
