Steak on cannellini beans with mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

Sirloin steak - 245g
Cannellini beans canned - 320g
Garlic puree - 4 tsp
Mushrooms - 147g
Olive Oil - 4.5 tsp
Red Onion - 64g
Parsley - 8g
Mixed beans canned - 21g
Spinach - Large handful




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grill the steak in a griddle pan or frying pan until cooked how you like, place to one side to rest
  2. Place garlic in the meat juices and fry the mushrooms, add the beans and mix until hot, ad spinach
  3. Finally add the parsley and season to taste
  4. Slice the steak and place on the top and enjoy
