Steak with broccoli rice, roast potato slices and avocado

INGREDIENTS
Potato - 540 g Beef steak - 331 g Broccoli - 171 g Avocado - 85 g Vegetable oil - 1.5 tsp
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 200C. Slice potato into 1cm thick rings and place in a baking tray with most of the oil drizzled over the top. Season and roast for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Heat a pan with remaining oil, add steak, sear on both sides for 1 minute, then turn down to medium heat
Cover and cook for 3 minutes, or to preference
Chop up broccoli very finely, using a blender/food processor, to rice sized pieces. Add to steak pan and cook for 3 minutes.
Serve steak and broccoli with potato and sliced avocado
